Do you remember when we talk about the site Leaky Cauldron (a fansite)? Well, one of the site's member called Melissa Anelli (american) released her book Harry, A History (in Portuguese, "Harry e Seus Fãs") last year. It contains an interview with J.K. Rowling and also the whole Leaky Cauldron's story and everything about Harry Potter fans (most known as Potterheads, Pottermaníacos in Portuguese).
Besides these, there are two other books, written by Jo. She had a brilliant idea! Why not to give life to two books mentioned in her series? So she did it. And the books are these:
P.S.: All other information in the blog (including extras), are our own. Because of the fact we're big Rowling's and Harry Potter's fans, we know lots of things that we use to complement this project.

Pottermore: the JK's new project
The last book of the series was published in 2007, "closing" it. But it was not the end: in the same year, "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix" would be released. The final film, "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2", was released on July 15, 2011, aparently ending with the franchise. J. K. Rowling surprised everyone once again, and announced an project called "Pottermore", a website where fans could interact with each other, and experience a bit of the wonderful world of magic. Here is the video ad:
Daniel Radcliffe (plays Harry Potter), Joanne Kathleen Rowling, Rupert Grint (plays Ron Weasley) and Emma Watson (plays Hermione Granger) in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban's Premiere.
In Edinburgh, Joanne started writing the Harry Potter script at bars while her daughter was sleeping. Everytime her daughter would wake up, she would stop writing and would go home. In June of 1997, "Harry Potter and The Philosopher's Stone" was released. The book soon became famous and the "Harry Potter Fever" started. Because of that, Rowling continued writing more and more books for the saga.
Other Facts
* In 2001, Joanne married for the second time with doctor Neil Michael Murray, and had two more children: the boy David Gordon Rowling Murray (born in 2003), and the girl Mackenzie Jean Rowling Murray (born in 2005)
* The name of J. K. Rowling's oldest daughter (Jessica) is inspired by one of Joanne's favourite writer, Jessica Mitford
* It was confirmed this year (2012) that J. K. Rowling will write a new novel, but it's going to be destinated to adults and it will be a lot different than the Harry Potter series.
Biography Jo as a child Joanne Kathleen Rowling was born in July 31st, 1965, in Yate, Glouscestershire, England (near Bristol). She is the oldest daughter of Peter James Rowling and Anne Volant Rowling, which is half-French and half-Scottish. She has a younger sister, Dianne Rowling.
Since she was a kid, Joanne used to write fantasy stories (like Harry Potter but way more smaller), and used to read them to her sister. She used to love writing and still does!
Everybody knows her because of the series of books she wrote, the Harry Potter series (seven books). But few people know that, before writing the books, she was passing through a difficult time.
Rowling smiles for a picture
After finishing the Univertsity of Exeter (situated in Exeter), Rowling went to Porto, in Portugal, to teach English as a foreign language. There, in 1992, she married Jorge Arantes, a Portuguese television jornalist. One year later, they had a child called Jessica Isabel Rowling Arantes, and months after she was born, Joanne and Jorge decided to divorce.
After divorcing, Joanne came back to the UK. Three years before coming back, her mother died and when she got back from Portugal with her daughter, her dad had married once again. She decided to live with her sister Dianne, who had married too, in Edinburgh, Scotland.
Months later, she moved to an apartament with her daughter still in Edinburgh, living with the government's help, which made her feel embarrassed. Jorge Arantes was far away right now.
